Hi Guys. Just wanted to pop up for a second and wish everyone a wonderful 2011.
I’ve been catching up on sleep, doing some intention setting, and taking long walks. For example. I took an epic, nearly 4 hour walk yesterday. I’m back into my “official” Yoga teaching and practice tomorrow. I hope everyone got at least a little bit of downtime and had some great food.
