We’ll be exploring the flavors of the Middle East here, with an emphasis on the cuisine of Iran, aka Persia. Being half Persian, I’m a bit biased about how wonderfully flavorful and vibrant the flavors of the food are. And I’d say that description extends to the rest of the region. Besides being an absolutely fascinating region with many delicious foods, exploring the culinary side of the Middle East gives us another window into a world that’s often mysterious and misunderstood.
