As I read this faux review, I kept thinking that a jealous competitor did this. And sure enough – Persepolis is mentioned in the comments as being recommended. I was not born yesterday. I have eaten food from Shalezah and it is quite wonderful. No, I am not Persian, but I do have taste buds.
To those who would go to Persepolis – take earplugs and/or a megaphone. It is ridiculously noisy. I could not even book a dinner there knowing that the deafening sound would be a sense destroyer. Jealousy – not nice. Earn your business the honorable way. And now, I will book a party of 10 for Shalezah.

From the picture, your chicken dish is beautiful. When I make drumsticks, anyway I cook, sauté or bake, etc; there is this black stuff from the bone that comes out (from the blood) that makes the dish darker even though I skim all of that as much as I can. Do you know how to resolve that?
